IT Specialist
Male, age 25-35 years, Thai national.
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Experience in IT helpdesk or IT administration not less than 5 years.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of Enterprise private cloud, VMWare vCloud Director
Knowledge of Fortigate firewall, IPSec Site-to-Site VPN.
Knowledge of basic routing and switching.
Knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Service.
Experience in managing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS and Microsoft Exchange Online.
Making sure all IT meets industry standards and up to date.
Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to meet organization current goals.
Advise on technology to help organization to perform better.
Planning for improvement, developing and implementing the ICT budget.
Supporting and coordinating with consultant the functions of Infor Financial System.
Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords and to secure access to network for remote users.
Ensuring smooth running of all IT systems.
Manage backup, security, and user data.
Providing user with appropriate supports and advise.
Training staff on new system.
Any other IT support that may be needed and assigned by CEO.
